Adolessence Foundational Fitness
This program provides fundamental resistance training methods for high school students. It's a circuit design that harnesses the power of dumbbells or resistance bands. The muscleGLO component addresses female requirements and the MUSCULATURE variation targets the aspects that males want addressed in weight training programs.

It's a program that enhances current curriculum and lays the foundation for students to create training programs that can be utilized in a number of environments, the school gym, at home or alternate fitness centers.
Our approach imparts safe and effective techniques that proactively develop far reaching productive life skills.

We've had the pleasure of being welcomed into a number of schools in the Greater Toronto Area with fantastic results.
The program was designed to provide students with a benchmark from which their future health can be measured.

Adolessence 2.0
Part of our mission at MTS involves a social responsibility. Our desire is to provide quality instruction to those that may not otherwise have access to it. Our plan is two-fold, the first part is to recycle unused equipment and donate it to communities that will benefit from it. The second part is to provide the know-how to maximize the benefit from the fitness equipment. We are also in the process of building relationships with youth centers to instruct health seminars and provide the ADOLESSENCE FOUNDATIONAL FITNESS program.
